Sales Manager/Steel Structures - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Monthly Salary: (in US$) $4001 - $5000
Lead sales and marketing team with responsibility of productivity and efficiency requirements. • Negotiate and finalize contract agreements with clients. • Setting up sales offices. • Achieve sales target and maintain good margin. • Assign builders and monitor closely their performance. • Look after customer satisfaction and improve company's image. • Organize all advertisements and participation in trade exhibitions. • Co-ordinate between customer service, engineering, manufacturing and finance in order to improve services and maximize shipment. • To control and discipline personnel. • To sign contract agreement with client. • To negotiate and finalize builders agreements. • To secure the resources necessary to satisfy his duties and responsibility
Profile: • Age: (35 to 40 years) • Qualification: University Degree in Civil Engineering • Experience: Minimum 15 years experience with at least 10 years in steel building structures. • Special Requirement: Good knowledge of sales and marketing skills, good knowledge of industry and competition and self-motivated. • Languages: Should have excellent verbal and written English communication. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.
