Job Description: A 5* property in Doha is seeking a highly experienced individual who can manage a department which consists of 8 concept outlets, room service, extensive outside catering facilities, pool bars and an ever growing C&B business. The successful candidate will manage a team of 8 managers who collecitvely are responsible for 140 team members. The role is highly accountable as F&B contributes 60% of the total hotel revenue. Applicants MUST have previous experience as a F&B Director, possess a hunger to develop the operation further, have strong people management skills and a passion for excellence in service and product delivery. The hotel offers a tax free basic salary to $56k / 205 QAR per annum, housing, meals, utilities, laundry, flights, healthcare and the usual benefits associated with the hotel industry.
