Quantity Surveyor/ Contracts Administrator-Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Monthly Salary: (in US$) $3001 - $7000
Qualifications: B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or a relevant Engineering discipline - with further education in commercial/contractual areas - Continued professional development encouraged and supported. Excellent English and good PC skills (MS Office Suite) Experience: The job would best suit a candidate in the age range 27 – 33 with a min. 5 years post qualification, 3 years working for a contractor, and experience in at least 2 of the following areas: - FIDIC terms and conditions - Post contract administration of EPC projects - Industrial projects/ major M&E works Must be able to analyze commercial/contractual issues and generate reasoned responses.
