Examine and understand project uncertainties that impact on their success of the project Facilitate regular risk workshops and reviews to identify and monitor project risks Undertake qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to identify and monitor significant project risks, including potential 'fatal flaws' using estimation, probability, severity, risk ranking and appropriate techniques Identify and classify internal and external risks Develop and recommend possible avoidance and mitigation strategies against potential risks Prepare and maintain live risk register including critical risk log Prepare and evaluate 'What if' scenario and reports for management decision making Monitor risk reponse, residual and compounding risks and document actions and outcomes for future reference Liaise with Planner (Risk Analysis) Review Time Impact Analysis for claims and variations
