Project Manager - Singapore
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Installers and Project Executives.
Responsible for the day to day operations of project sites.
Establishing the scope of work for each project and planning of delivery & installation schedule.
Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
Attend site meeting, update minutes, preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manual.
Submission of progressive claims.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Building Science/Supervisory Project Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of project management experience in interior fittings out works.
Only Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or PR may apply.
