HR Manager - Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and staffing logistics;
Organizational and space planning;
Performance management and improvement systems;
Organization development;
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
Employee orientation, development, and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Employee relations;
Company-wide committee facilitation;
Company employee communication;
Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Employee services and counseling.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree or a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HR Generalist is required for this position.
Experience in managing HR activities for regional offices in Asia will be an added advantage.
Excellent language skills in English.
Highly motivated individual requiring minimal supervision with good leadership qualities and strong drive to develop HR policies and procedures.
People-oriented, resourceful, multi-tasker and strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
Preferably Managers or Sr Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Preferable to have experience in the legal field
