Manager Operations - Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing APC’s business development strategy.
Manage the work and Assist Associate engineers, draughting staff and external consultants to ensure compliance with technical standards which meet or exceed client requirements.
Select, train and develop staff to ensure their design competence, when required.
Prepare project budgets and time schedules for management approval, plan assigned projects, arrange staffing and execute the projects.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Civil from a reputed University is a must. Post graduate in Business would be an added advantage.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Planning, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.
Age between 35 to 45 year(s) are highly encouraged to apply.
High Objective Analytical power
Excellent communication skills including IT.
Multi-tasking skill-Ability to work and manage multiple projects.
Real accountability, External orientation, Team alignment
Full-Time positions available.
