IT Support - Malaysia
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support for users (i.e Windows XP, Windows 2000, MS Outlook)
Onsite and non-onsite users support
Routine maintenance for users PC
Application and infrastructure support.
On phone standby all the time
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holders
Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting and infrastructure
Programming knowledge will be added advantage. (i.e MS Access, Visual Basic, SQL)
Possess own transport
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication in English
1 to 2 years experience
