Responsibilities:
Main Job:
Maintain internet/intranet facilities
Provide technical and information support of PC to PC users
Perform system backup and recovery
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all software used at office/client
Perform admin duties as assigned
Perform emergency IT duties as assigned
Additional job (done when no main job outstanding):
Perform technical customer service
Content management
Perform censoring task as assigned
Perform virtual chat agent at our community site
Requirements:
Male, with age of 20 – 28 years old
Minimum educational background of Diploma in Information Technology with GPA 3.0, degree preferred
Fluent in English verbal and written
Good communication and customer service skills
Will be work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday or based on the company needs and during the shift schedule.
