Finance And Admin Officer - Philippines

Responsibilities:


Transition company from a manual receivables program to an automated one, which will require tying together in-house systems and Microsoft Quickbooks.
Be in charge of cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasts
Handle payroll matters and payables
Assist in overall administrative functions related to staff and facilities
Prepare regular admin and finance related reports
Handle cash advances, purchasing and requisitions
Handle administrative functions as required

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): CPA, General Accounting Principles.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Minimum of 2 years admin and finance experience in a supervisor level.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Quickbooks is a plus
Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and project management skills and able to do multi-tasking
Proven ability to work under pressure
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
At least 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
