Human Resources Manager - Malaysia
Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
At least five (5) years of related working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good working knowledge of Malaysian Labour and Industrial Relations enactments.
Exposure to working in an unionized/operational enviroment; collective bargaining and trade union disputes; manpower/succession planning; payroll admin; would be an added advantage.
