Software Developer-Malaysia
Responsibilities:
Participate in full software development cycle, at a per project basis, for customers across various industries
Maintain and support existing applications
Work closely with quality engineers during test cycles
Assist team leaders in areas of requirement specification, functional and technical design
Requirements:
Degree in computer science / IT or equivalent
2~5 years of working experience in software development
Familiar with the Microsoft environment (ASP, ASP.NET, VB6, VB.NET, XML, MS SQL 2000 / 2005, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal Reports)
Sound knowledge in the followings will be an added advantage:
o Object Oriented Design / Design Patterns
o Distributed Systems / OOAD
o Development process and coding standards
o Processes in different industries, preferably SEI / CMM(1)
o Designing / developing HRM, Finance and ERP systems
A team player with good communication skill, able to work under a tight schedule with minimal supervision
Good problem solving and analytical skill
