PC\ADSL Broadband Specialist-Singapore
Responsibilities:
Handling day to day service and maintenance of ADSL\PC support.
Keep abreast of all relevant product offerings and support delivery so as to respond to End user queries effectively.
Co-ordinate with the various departments on the service provisioning and restoration of the services. This included performing testing at End User's site and liasing with End User/s vendor if necessary.
Selected candidates shall be located at either Town, East or West exchange
Requirements:
Experience or Knowledge in Setting up PC and ADSL broadband.
Customer service oriented is a must, independent with minimum supervision.
Min NTC/ITC in computer/electronic/electrical engineering.
Valid Class 3 licences.
Training will be provided.
Good remuneration.
