Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement employee relation strategies and policies.
Coordinate HR planning.
Conduct job analysis, prepare competency profile, etc.
Plan and execute recruitment, selection, and placement related function.
In-depth knowledge on job market and employment practices of Bangladesh.
Lead, motivate, and council his/her team members to explore and utilize potentials.
Requirements:
MBA major in HRM or Masters with a PGD in HRM are prefered for the position.
At least 5 years experience in managerial position in the field of HR.
Specially in recruitment, selection, and placement.
Full-Time positions available.
