Job Description:
Preparation of all types of vouchers and posting to relevant Ledgers and in computer software.
Make sure that all the vouchers must possess supporting documents with it. Without supporting documents must not be approved.
Filing of all the documents related to Finance Department in a proper manner.
Preparation of monthly Telephone summary and if anything abnormal is observed then inform Assistant Manager Finance.
Prepare delivery challans and bills of all the deliveries to customer.
Update all files related to Sales Tax and Income Tax
Assist Assistant Manager Finance in all his assignments
