Human Resource Assistant - Philippines
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management;
At least one year experience is required exposed in all facets of HR activities;
Knowledgeable in recruitment process i.e., interviewing, test administration and interpretation;employee benefits administration;
Have good background on training and employee communication ;
Must have good command of English in both written and oral communication
Computer application skills
Travel industry experience is an advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
