Human Resource Executive-Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Manager in all aspects of Human Resource Management and Development which includes recruitment, employee relations and industrial disputes.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences.
Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and others Statutory Act or Regulations.
Responsible, organised and professional in handling confidential information
Result and people oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
