Executive Human Resources-Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Provide administration support in all HR aspects, e.g.: recruitment, employee confirmation, promotion, termination, leave etc

Analyse and able to compile reports and statistics and ensure timely and accuracy of the reports
To assist in other areas in HR from time to time.

Ensure all data relating to employees are accurately maintained and readily available

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent

Preferably 1 year of relevant HR experience or fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and people skills

Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to cope in a fast-paced
environment, experience in producing management statistical reports

Team player as well as ability to work independently

Proactive individual with drive and assertiveness
