Job Description - Install and manage/ maintain all hardware and software for the assigned project - Ensure that all systems are runningsmoothly at all times - Regular internal reporting about the progress of the project to the management - Regular internal reporting about the progress of the project to clients - Ensure all aspects of quality control are adhered to - Ensure all aspects of safety are adhered to - Handle all correspondence related to the project - Formulate strategy for commissioning & handing over project as per deadlines - Prepare and update site evaluation report - Monitor and Co-ordinate for all civil works related to the project - Collect data from all sites and keep a backup of same - Co-ordinate with different authorities/deparment EG. Police authorities, Military, telecommunications authority etc - Co-oridnate with suppliers for any technical queries/issues - Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training on new technologies/product updates etc - Coordinate with clients to monitor site problems and resolve them - Furnish training to the clients - Maintain close relationship with clients - Extensive and effective follow-up with clients to accomplish all other works that may be required

Profile - Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree and /or MCP and CCNA - Minimum 5 years experience in related field - Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting servers, desktops, laptops, LAN and WAN network -Fluency in spoken and written english - Good understanding of IT applications and a resourcesful approach to IT development - Knowledge of tenders and Project Documentation - Ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to adapt to computer systems and software applications quickly Good interpersonal and communication skills
