Game Master-National Capital Reg - Pasig City - Philippines

Position Description
Cartoon Network is currently developing a massively multi-player online game and is seeking a Game Master to be part of the team. The Game Master will provide support to customers experiencing problems while playing the game. These problems include technical issues experienced while in the game, conflicts with other players, and problems with the player's character inventory, quest progression or other persistent character data. This support is provided in a "live" manner, using a central "problem ticket" system.

This position is required to ensure a positive customer experience by resolving technical and game-related issues as they arise for the customer.
Resolving customer issues centered on game play, player-to-player interactions and problems with player characters. Such problems must be resolved in a quick and courteous manner.

Working with QA to evaluate and file bug reports based on the customer complaints. This includes updating the Help knowledge base.
Maintaining familiarity with the product, including knowledge of quests, locations, and game systems.

Requirements:
Experience with MMORPG customer service is a must
Experience with MMOG games/communities is a must
Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts or Technology preferred
Supervisory or CS Team Lead (some management experience a plus)
Phone center help desk experience a definite plus
