Job Description - Shall be responsible for the overall logistics of the projects, transport, lifting, phases and sequences, all to be coordinated between the various contractors. - Incharge of the verification, coordination and good implementation on site of proper methods and logistics plan by the several contractors. - Keep himself aware of the structural capacity of the building elements, Liaise with technical department in the respect. - Analyze the requirement of several ride installation companies/Theming vendors and of the several MEP/Finished/Civil Contractors - Coordinate the method analysis with the HSE department in charge to review the HSE aspects - Incorporate in his analysis requirement of statutory authorities , being the Municipality of Abu Dhabi, the abu dhabi airport authorities, the gas/petrol companies etc. - Ensure that the elected method of execution is in compliance with the master programme requirements. - Based on site, he shall be able to permanently update method and logistics plan in relation with the actual progess of the works. - Participate the weekly progress meeting and to the several daily workshops as may be required to define the programme. - Prepare and update overall logistic plan for the project. Coordinate the same with the managers of the adjacent retail project. - Prepare and update detailed logistics / Circulation / Traffic plans of several area for the projects. - Ensure that the contractors respect the logistics plan in term of load / lifts / traffic Management. - Attend the weekly logistics meeting organized bu the employer or his representative and ensure that the needs of all stakeholder and incorporated in the logistic plan
Profile - Graduate in Civil Engineering. - 15 years of Minimum Experience required - Familiar with newest means of lifting/transport - Structural Knowledge - Familiar with MEP and logistic experience in a theme park with be a plus point. - Team player, solution minded and hands-on attitude - Adaptable and apt to negotiate. - Good communicator and uae driving license preferred.
