Shipping Management Executive-Singapore
Responsibilities:
Support operational effectiveness of the business functions
Ensure efficient order & shipment fulfillment through close interactions with the various business units, suppliers and logistics service providers
Handle coordination with regulatory departments for the import/export of controlled materials.
Handle customers enquiries, pre and post shipment functions
Effect process improvements through monthly management reporting and KPI performance monitoring
Requirements:
Diploma with min 1yrs order fulfillment experience
Posses analytical, quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Team player who is able to work independently
Competent PC skill (MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Fresh diploma graduates may apply (business admin related)
Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
Work location – Pandan Loop (West Singapore)
