IT Helpdesk Engineers-Singapore

Responsibilities:

This role is to provide desktop support service and helpdesk function to the
users.

Good knowledge in supporting the Microsoft Operating System and Office Products
First level diagnosis of computer hardware and peripherals
Able to resolve users' issues and focus on achieving users' satisfaction on the services
Able to follow up with the daily job routine diligently

Requirements:

IT Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum One year experience as Helpdesk Engineer
Excellent communication skills in English
Able to resolving customer issues and seek to achieve customer satisfaction
Remuneration will commensurate according to experience
