FUNCTIONS
To contribute to the over-all sales target of the team
TAsked to handle his own client portfolio
Is required to create individual strategies to accomplish sales target
Is required to gather databases/listing from various means
Should be on the lookout for competitors and industry and market trends
REQUIREMENTS
Should be a college graduate of any 4-year college course from reputable school
Should have a 2-year sales background preferably from the property or hospitality industry
Client servicing and people orientation are musts
Adept in presentations and closing of sales
Proficient in the English language
Selling hihg-end products or services is an advantage
Is result oriented, tenacious, flexible and a team player
Should be mobile, can work for long hours and during weekends
Willing to work in Alabang
