Human Resources Officer-Philippines

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and establish processes on goal setting, planning, feedback and coaching, and in managing transition in the organization
Maintain and conduct orientation on performance management system thru balanced scorecard (BSC)
Develop and implement assessment and feedback tools through interviews, surveys and focus group discussions
Design and develop new and existing organization development programs (i.e. organization diagnosis, competency development, succession planning and career development)
Manage the internal and external recruiting process
Partner with line managers to understand manpower needs and provide proactive recruiting strategies and activities.
Responsible for manpower planning, selection processes and tools for the company

Requirements:

Must at least be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communication Arts, or Human Resources Management
With at least 5 years work experience in organization development and performance management
With excellent project management/implementation, people management and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
High interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Publisher)
