Finance & Operations Manager RM8K - RM10K - Singapore
Responsibilities:
Ensure that financial statements & Management reports are prepared accurately & timely for corporate office’s review.
Responsible for the overall management, operations & control of the full spectrum of the financial & accounting processes & functions of the factory
To lead, guide and motivate a team of Accounts staff under direct supervision to ensure smooth running of daily accounting operations and on-time month end closing
Preparation of timely financial and management reporting, performance review and analysis, budgeting and forecasting and cash flow management
Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and interests.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, financial accounting regulations
Monitor & Determine proper costing/pricing and company’s products
Act as a Business Partner to the operations of the business and assist in the operations management to improve efficiency and profit margins
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in costing management in a manufacturing environment
You should also have excellent leadership and organization skills as well as is self – driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as able to multi-task
Strong financial analysis skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Based in Johore Bahru, (Bukit Intan)
