Reporting to the Management team in the Singapore Headquarter, you will manage our business in Indonesia. Key responsibilities include managing the existing operations and developing / implementing a strategic plan to grow the business in Indonesia. The objective is to expand the current portfolio of projects in Indonesia, and increase profit contribution to the Singapore HQ.

You are responsible to:
Establish and develop new contacts to ensure that sales and marketing objectives and/or targets are achieved;
Build strong client relationship to ensure the accounts performs and grows to their maximum potential;
Establish long-term relationship with customers or clients;
Accountable for the overall performance of the company and for the day-to-day operations function and management of the company’s business;
Develop and present the strategic and annual business plans to the Management for approval;
Report to the HQ on business progress against the strategic and annual business plans on a regular basis;
Ensuring business and financial objectives are met;
Manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve the company's objectives
Provide effective operational management and leadership directions to all personnel within the Company.

Requirements:
University degree, preferably with at least 8 years of experience in a managerial position in Water, Wastewater, Marine, Oil and Gas industries;
Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, lead and motivate staff at all levels;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong cultural awareness in working with people across the globe, particularly in Indonesia;
Knowledge in Indonesia tax system, custom regulations and labour laws will be added advantages;
Willing to travel regularly and result oriented;
Strong public relations and business development skills with proven track record;
Good interpersonal & Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal) in English and preferably in Bahasa Indonesia or Chinese
