Profile ** The candidate should be extremely strong with excellent previous track record of handling the operations of a maintenance or facilities management company. ** A manager with excellent communication and presentation skills. ** An engineer with excellent managerial skills, young, energetic and a true problem solver. ** Qualities of professional planning, optimum utilisation of resources, team player, handling complaints, delivering quality & prompt service to customers and well acquainted with handling operational nuances of the company. ** Preferably someone who has good number of years of experience in a similar role in the gulf region. The candidate should have extensive knowledge in preparing business plans/proposals and should have the capabilities of managing optimum staffing. ** Must have a driving license
