Sales Manager - Philippines

Responsibilities:

Guarantees that all business activities comply with policies and ethical standards.
Ensures achievement of sales target through effective implementation of sales program and effective management of the Sales Consultants.
Evaluates the over-all performance in terms of volume sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitors daily activities of Sales Consultants.
Ensures that teams are equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills to efficiently perform their responsibilities.
Assists and guides Sales Consultants with their accounts.
Organizes promotional activities within and outside the Dealership.
Maintains contact with customers to enhance and strengthen harmonious relationship.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.

With strong team leadership abilities, product knowledge, selling and negotiating skills
Proficient in oral and written communication
Enthusiastic, passionate, positive and a goal-oriented individual
