Call Center Agent - Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound telesales.
Answering the queries of customers, listen to customer’s needs and problems and solve them through proficient positive attitude and behavior.
Communicate with customers over phone, e-mail.
Expected to interact with the customers in USA/UK/AUSTALIAN/ CANADA for inbound or outbound process.
To efficiently record the information provided by the customer, in order to grasp the actual details precisely.
To work as an ideal and active team member.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least English Medium O level and A level/ Graduates or current Students of any private/ public university having complete fluency in English.
Age between 18 to 28 year(s) are highly encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skill in English with clear accent is a must.
Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise while answering a call.
Must have standard computer skills
Candidates should be smart, dynamic and having clear and confident voice.
Willing to work at night shift.
Females are especially encouraged to apply.
Candidate with previous Call center experience are preferred but not essential.
20 Full-Time positions available.

Salary : Negotiable.
