Project Engineer - Singapore
Responsibilities:
Responsible for program management team in the contract manufacturing business.
Customer account management including FA, pilot run to volume run scheduling, RFQ, delivery lead time, costing and project management.
Work closely with customers on handling ECN, warranty, liability and quality claim management.
Initial improvement/cost down, localization programs by working with internal functional such as supply chain, planning, production, logistics, engineering.
Manage product EOL, production ramp up/down, product transfer, and product sustaining activities.
Liaise with customers, In-house and Suppliers to ensure meeting on project requirements
Plan, Execute, Monitor, Control and Evaluate the projects tasked.
Ensure smooth implementation of projects. (delivery, shipment, quality & any changes)
Initiate and lead the Project Status Meeting with internal (in-house) & external (customers & suppliers) parties
Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering. Qualifications in Program /Project Management will be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good leadership skill in managing cross-functional team.
Good project management skill (able to plan, execute, monitor and manage the risk of the Project).
Good interpersonal skill, able to relate to both subordinates and superiors.
Able to work well with demanding customers and under tight datelines.
