Accoounting Assistant - Philippines

Responsibilities:

Updating and maintenance of subsidiary ledgers
Preparation of month and inventory report of lots for sale
Report on cancellation and transfer
Schedule and costing of actual inventory (semi annual)
Reconciliation with sales department available lots for sale (weekly)
Filing of all accounting documents
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
With 3 years experience in Accounting on any related field, experience in a real estate is an advantage.
Computer Literate.
With good written and oral communications skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Full-Time positions available.
