Senior Web Engineer (LAMP) - Singapore
Responsibilities:
We represent a leading technology peripherals company with headquarters in the United States, with multiple award winning patents to their name. As the Senior Web Server Engineer (LAMP), you will be working in a highly creative and dynamic environment to design, implement and maintain web server, database and services globally.
Work with various teams in the region to understand requirements to for architecture and design documentations.
Design and select systems, including hardware, network, database, service framework to host web services.
Design and implement security schemes to make sure all operations are safe and meet security requirement.
Implement and expand systems to meet growth requirement.
Work with third parties to integrate services.
Requirements:
10 to 15 years of experience on web server design, implementation and management.
Capability of build web server and services from scratch.
Solid knowledge of network protocols, security issues, scalability and interoperability.
Supper web programming skills on SQL, PHP, Python, Ruby and etc.
Deep understanding of servers (Linux, Windows and etc), database (MySQL and etc), web services and CMS (Apache, Drupal, Joomla and etc).
Knowledge on client end applications (Windows, Linux, Mac and etc)
