Deputy Manager (Finance and Banking) - Dhaka - Bangladesh
Job Description / Responsibility
Perform checking & monitoring all the vouchers & bills;
Maintain manual & software accounts ledger;
Accomplish classifying posting recording and summering of transactions;
Prepare of working capital assessment, cash flow statement/fund flow statement etc.;
Have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and desired accounting
Knowledgeable to up-date & organize the inter company financial transmission
Have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset management
Ensure the tax implications of all significant decisions/transactions are thoroughly taken care of.
Ensure longer term funding requirements are identified and managed in good time with maximum efficiency.
Assist department head for Bank related issues and financial correspondence.
To assume responsibility of maintaining all the books and papers of all accounts of the company.
Stock Report preparation.
Able to Prepare of financial statements and balance sheet independently for the company.
Educational Requirements
M.Com/MBA in Accounting/Finance, ICMA and Banking Back ground will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 year(s)

Age below or equal to 35 year(s)

Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Company Secretary/Share Division, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
The person requires strong knowledge on Information Technology, Microsoft office application, MIS, company laws, Export/Import regulations etc. Knowledge in SAP will be considered as an added skill.
Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Must have experience In working with export oriented RMG.
Experience in IPO related works will be considered as added advantage.
