QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – FOOD/FMCG - Dubai - United Arab Emirates
A high profile FMCG/Food Company in Dubai is urgently seeking to recruit Quality Assurance Manager-Food/FMCG. Roles: - Manage the standard Quality Assurance & Microbiological regulations - Develop a strict quality system from raw materials to finished products - Coordinate with Production Manager in inspections and audit activities - Follow-up standard rules for manufacturing hygiene & finished product appearance and test - Random stock testing to ensure microbiological safety - Conduct educational classes for safety and proper product handling
Profile Requirements: - Must have knowledge of food industry and flexible package technologies - 10 to 15 years of experience in food and manufacturing. Excellent package awaits successful candidate.
