Accounting And Administration-Philippines

Responsibilities:

Responsible for consistent, accurate and timely preparation of payment & reporting.
Understand tax (PPN, PPH21, PPH23 & PPH25/29). Able to handle office administration.
Oversee finance, HR (payroll), administration and shipping related matters orderly up to company’s requirements. Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial/accounting, HR, Administration and Operational processes. Any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

Female, min age 25 years old. Hold min Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. At least 3 years post qualifying experience. Computer literate. Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage. Good communication, strong initiative and supervisory skills. Clear leadership skills. Hard working, honest, high integrity and self-motivated person. Able to work with all levels and work independently with little supervision.
