Responsibilities:
To supervise projects
To manage and coordinate project work
To liaise/ coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors
To ensure proper hand over of project to client
Requirements:
Project Managers:-
Diploma in Building or related field
Good working attitude, self motivated and able to work independently
Preferably 2 years experienced in A&A Works /Construction Works
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
Required language(s): English / Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Class 3 driving license
Project Supervisors:-
Diploma or Certificate in Civil and Structural Engineering / Building or equivalent
Good working attitude, self motivated and able to work independently
Fresh graduates are welcome
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
Required language(s): English / Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
Training will be provided
Class 3 driving license
