PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Graduate (preferably law) with 5-8 years experience of dealing in land matters.
· Fully conversant with Land Acquisition Laws and procedures.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise all land acquisition matters relating to all Districts/ Talukas/ Tehsils in his area of work, maintenance of record, follow up of pending land maters with different Government Offices.
· Maintain Land & Account statements and arranging departmental payments/ building rents etc.
· Ensure timely processing of periodical payments to be made to various government and other departments.
· To initiate and follow up the cases for allotment/ regularization of Government/ Departmental land occupied/ required by the refinery.
· To deal with cases of encroachments/ disputes in his area of work and assist the advocate in official court cases.
