Responsibilities:
Supporting Organizational Capacity Building program in Java region, particularly at Yogyakarta and East Indonesia related with ICBRR (integrated Community Based Risk Reduction) program. Facilitating/communicating, consultation and advocating to stakeholders for assistance to organizational development in general
Communication and technical coordination to related units in PMI National Head Quarter (NHQ), Chapters, Federation and ICRC for strengthening and combining the organizational development program and other technical programs
Development and coordination the strengthening and organizational capacity building program planning using the participatory approach inline with PMI’s services programs priority
Developing / facilitating program proposal development as the base to the donors
